Much of P\u00e1ramo\u2019s annual production occurs at \u201cCreaciones Miquelina\u201d, the factory run by the Foundation. This ethical manufacturing partnership is the center of the P\u00e1ramo brand and something everyone who works for P\u00e1ramo is proud to be a part of.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fair Trade<\/strong><br \/>\nIn 2017, Miquelina attained guaranteed Fair Trade status from the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) and all garments manufactured by Miquelina now carry this label.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employee-Owned<br \/>\n<\/strong>In 2022, Nick Brown sold P\u00e1ramo to the people that know it best &#8211; its employees.
