Páramo have several different types of customer including:

Retailers

We offer Páramo through selected outdoor retailers, who are chosen to make sure the customer receives the best possible service and experience, both at the time of purchase and throughout the lifetime of their garment.

We offer retailers full staff training and head office support, to provide customers with the same level of experience and choice in our independent retailers as they receive in our brand stores and Shop in Shops.

For this reason, we are selective in who we choose to represent us.

• We believe that the best customer service is offered in bricks & mortar stores.
• We are proud of our brand, our garments and our long history of ethical and environmentally sound production. We like to work with retailers who share our values.
• Páramo products have a great variety and versatility, both in design and use. We are always interested to hear from retailers who could bring Páramo to a new customer base.
• Taking on a new brand needs to work for the retailer and the brand. We want to make sure that any new venture works for both parties so would like to hear what any prospective retailer’s plans are for Páramo in their store.

Contract

Contract users represent a significant part of our business. Our startpoint and the focus of much of our development going forward originates from satisfying outdoor instructors and guides, Search & Rescue teams, and contract users who regularly work in the outdoors.
