Refund Policy

We are happy to exchange or refund unwanted items provided they are returned to us within 80 days in perfect condition. Simply complete the returns form included with your parcel and send it back to us. For high value goods we recommend you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items. 

If you return any product(s) purchased as part of a ‘bundle’ offer or discount, the amount refunded will reflect any alteration in meeting the original requirements of the offer or discount. 

We will process your return as quickly as possible although this may take up to 21 days during busy periods. 

Your legal rights are not affected by our exchange and refund policy. Please read our full terms and conditions of sale for more detail. 

For items purchased from one of our stockists (whether online or in store) please check their own returns/exchanges policy and deal with them directly. 

Please note we do not offer free returns unless a garment is faulty. 

Cancellation by you 

  • You have the right to cancel any order by giving us notice of cancellation at any time up to 14 days after delivery of the products in that order. If you have already received the products, or if you receive the products after giving us notice of cancellation, then you must return the products to us in their original condition and with their original packaging, using the procedures set out in our Returns and Exchanges information shown here. Please allow 30 days for any refund payments to be made. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. 

Cancellation by us 

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to delivery.Examples of when we might do so include: 
  • Where products you have ordered are out of stock; or 
  • Where we have made an error in the description or pricing of any products you have ordered; or 
  • If we believe you are under 18; or 
  • If the delivery address or billing address for the products is outside the UK and you are paying in £Sterling. 

If we decline or cancel an order we will refund all amounts paid by you in respect of that order.
