Arm length: : Take a horizontal measurement starting from the center of your back, moving across the shoulder, over the bend of your elbow, and down to the crease.

Chest: : Measure around the fullest part of your chest, positioning the tape just below the armpits.

Waist: : Locate the top of your hip and measure all the way around your body at that point.
